(A) A distance of 150 feet on each side of the westerly extension of North 35th Court;
(B) A distance of 150 feet on each side of the westerly extension of North 15th Street.

Quiet mid week day with chilly temperatures, cloudy that turned to sunny in the afternoon. High sand levels and high tides limit the width of the beach. High tides are sweeping the beaches and taking litter and logs so beaches are pretty clean. read more

Christmas Day, 2021, quiet, partly cloudy with rain promised. Bad time for Jellies. Starting at the NW 34th access, #42, for about 200 yards north, hundreds and hundreds of jelly fish on the beach. 200 or more 10"-18" and hundreds of smaller and pieces. Most look fairly fresh and some were clearly very recently beached and had not flattened...read more

Overcast, slightly cooler than the rest of the week, typical summer people doing typical summer things. No drama, no crisis. High sand even at low tide limited tidepools and created bank near tideline. read more

Holiday week and bright, sunny, calm day translated to lots of people on the beach. Majority in family groups with one large, 20+ group. Driftline had significant plant matter, appeared to maybe be agricultural straw, spread from at least NW 30th down to D-River. read more

Guided walk to document changes occuring after a storm surge. The previous week included strong waves, high surf, and over 3 inches of downpouring rain.
There was a large amount of post July 4th garbage on this beach. 1 dead tagged bird- leg band # 09771, 1 untagged dead bird. Cellophane worm casings in drifline along with plastic and rope collected approximately 10 lbs of debris.read more
