The North Coast Watershed Association (NCW) will host CoastWatch’s Jesse Jones at its next meeting.  Jesse, the program’s volunteer coordinator, will lead off an online meeting that begins at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 15.  The meeting is open to the public.

Jesse will explain the basics of the program.  This would be a good opportunity for new CoastWatchers, or those considering CoastWatch, to get a quick introduction to the program.  She will be first up on the program.

NWCA meets online via Zoom at 5 p.m. on the third Monday of odd numbered months (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov). Public attendance is encouraged with no RSVP necessary.  If you live in a watershed (hint: everyone does) NWCA speaks to your interests.  Following Jesse's presentation, nominations will be accepted for the Coastal Council chair position, who also serves as the council's representative on the board for NCWA.
